  • 1 small zucchini (ends cut off)
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 red apple (toss out the seeds)
  • 1/3 of a large cucumber or 1/2 of a medium cucumber (if peel is waxed, peel it off and discard)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (remove any stems or leaves)
  • coconut to taste (pre-shredded is easiest and works fine, but if you want to take the time to cut into a whole coconut, that’s great!)

Directions: Wash all fruits and vegetables and pat dry with a towel. Remove the ends from the zucchini, the peel from the orange, the seeds from the apple, the peel from the cucumber and any stems or leaves from the blueberries. Quarter larger fruit and veggie pieces to make it easier on the juicer. Now you are ready to go. Juice away!
