Your Complete and Honest Phen375 Review

As a weight loss pill and appetite suppressant, Phen375 has gained itself a bad reputation over the years. This may be due to the connotations the name holds with Phentermine. It’s important to note that they’re not the same thing, but they can produce similar results.

Fortunately, said results don’t come with the same side effects. After its release in 2009, Phen375 became popular amongst those who wanted to boost their metabolism and speed up their weight loss. This weight loss supplement grabbed my attention and I decided to do a throughout Phen375 review for you. While exercise is an essential ingredient for any successful weight loss regimen, this supplement is an ideal answer for those who have little time to contribute to working out.

Before you decide whether phen375 is right for you, you need to learn more about its ingredients, how it works, and any potential side effects. Using my experiences and a little science, I can guide you through all of this.

Phen375 Ingredients

You’ll hopefully be pleasantly surprised to learn that Phen375 contains primarily natural ingredients. They include:

  • Calcium carbonate; Which boosts the strength of your bones and protects your digestive system against upsets such as heartburn.
  • Caffeine powder; A potent stimulant for powering up your metabolism.
  • Cayenne/Capsicum; One meta-analysis has found that capsicum can help with weight management by burning calories and prevent you from overeating.
  • Citrus aurantium; When used in weight loss supplements, citrus aurantium acts as a thermogenic. Its thermogenic properties encourage your body to burn fat.
  • Coleus forskolli root PE; According to Examine, Coleus Forskolli root PE may boost testosterone levels, which then makes it easier for you to burn fat.

Depending on where you buy your Phen375 from, the levels of each ingredient will vary. As you may have noticed, it doesn’t contain Phentermine, which is a form of amphetamine that a doctor can prescribe for weight loss. As such, you won’t experience the addictive side effects that Phentermine comes with. It’s also worth noting that some of the ingredients come with protective benefits; like the calcium carbonate, which will enhance your skeletal health in the long term.

How does Phen375 work?

Now that you know a little more about Phen375’s ingredients, it’s worth learning about how it works.

It contains thermogenic ingredients

As I’ve mentioned above, Phen375 contains ingredients which act as thermogenics. In dieting terms, thermogenics are compounds that force your body to produce more heat. Don’t worry; it won’t do this to dangerous or uncomfortable levels; the changes are very subtle.

But, when your body does encounter a thermogenic, its basal metabolic rate increases. Your basal metabolic rate is the energy your body expends in its resting state. In other words, its the rate you burn calories at, even when you’re doing nothing.

A lot of factors pour into it, so I won’t go into too much detail here. However, I will introduce you to a bit of science to prove that Phen375’s thermogenic compounds are effective. In one study, it was found that using thermogenics to lose weight will make you feel less hungry and encourage your body to burn more fat. As such, you’re getting the best of both worlds.

It provides you with more energy

If you read the ingredients list carefully, you will have noticed that Phen375 is home to caffeine. It contains just enough caffeine to give you a burst of energy, without making you feel the side effects that usually come with coffee crashes.

As such, you can use that extra energy to workout a little more. As we all know, dieting alone won’t help you attain your goals, and neither will exercise. Also, there’s no such thing as a pill that will fix all of your problems. So, you need to harness the power of your extra energy and workout when it hits. That way, you maximize your chances of losing weight.

It aids in nutrient absorption

Although the old adage says that weight loss is all about moving more and eating less, in the long term this leads to plateaus. The calcium carbonate in Phen375 helps your digestive system absorb more of the nutrients you need for a leaner body and overall healthier organ function.

With better digestive absorption comes fewer cravings, which then means you’ll snack less. As such, fewer calories are making it past your lips and onto your hips.

Phen375

As with any product, my first impressions of Phen375 began with the packaging. It’s sleek, it looks professional, and it isn’t a far cry from the appearance of your average prescription drug. However, that doesn’t mean it is one, which is reassuring for those of us who prefer natural weight loss supplements.

Now, for the taste. I wouldn’t say I could detect a taste as such, but I would recommend taking Phen375 with a big gulp of water. Otherwise, the pill may get work its way through your gullet slower than you need it to, which is not what you need when you’re taking a substance that contains thermogenics.

Obviously, I have taken Phen375 as per the directions. However, when trying other diet pills in the past, I have found that they look as though they deteriorate over time. Sometimes this happens because they come into contact with moisture in the air, or because the bottle doesn’t form a tight seal.

I can confidently say this hasn’t been a problem with Phen375. Each pill appears to maintain its structure, which makes me feel as though the ingredients remain pure and effective.

Finally, the delivery was speedy. If you’re anything like me, you’ll want to start your new weight loss journey yesterday. As such, rapid delivery is always more than welcome.

How do you take Phen375?

It’s important to note that Phen375 contains elements that will keep you awake. As such, if you struggle with sleep, you shouldn’t take it after 2 pm.

You need to take two doses of Phen375 per day. Take the first when you get up in the morning, 20 minutes before breakfast. Then, take the second 20 minutes before lunch. Plan your workouts around when you take the supplement to see the biggest benefits.

As with any diet supplement, combine Phen375 with a healthy diet too. Taking it before eating a McMuffin won’t allow you to see the most significant benefits.

Does Phen375 really work?

As Phen375 contains capsaicin, it raises your body temperature enough to burn roughly 300 extra calories per day. That amount is based on a person’s average weight, so if you are larger, you may burn more. This is because carrying more weight means you have a higher Basal Metabolic Rate, and the effects of capsaicin are proportionate to your BMR.

Admittedly, 300 calories per day seems like a small amount. However, you need to consider the following:

  • Over the course of 11 days, this means burning an extra pound
  • As I’ve described above, Phen37 also acts as an appetite suppressant. As such, if you’re snacking less, you increase your chances of running the calorie deficit you need to lose weight.
  • If you harness the energy that comes with the caffeine and use it as an exercise motivator, that calorie deficit becomes higher still.

On that last point, there’s evidence to demonstrate that exercising in the morning while fasting increases your chances of losing weight further. So, if you take your Phen375 before exercising and then eat afterward, you’re bolstering your weight loss chances even further. I found that a combination of the two also allowed me to eat a healthy breakfast that would maintain my satiety throughout the day. As one study shows, eating a healthy breakfast that contains lots of protein will further increase your satiety, which then leads to more weight loss.

The overriding point here is this: Phen375 will not make you magically drop the pounds by itself. But, if you are determined to lose weight, you’ve had that same determination in the past, and you have failed, you’ll find (as I did) that a combination of its natural fat burning and energy boosting properties will motivate you enough to continue on your weight loss journey.

Unfortunately, there are no studies that focus on Phen375 specifically. However, common sense with a combination of basic science, plus the reviews of those online who have used it, demonstrate that it does help you lose weight.

Is Phen375 approved by the FDA?

Like many natural supplements, Phen375 is not approved by the FDA for the treatment of any disease or condition. However, to understand why this isn’t a bad thing, you need some knowledge of why FDA approval isn’t always relevant.

According to Rot Law, the FDA exists to approve drugs and items for medical use. It places certain ones into ‘high risk’ categories, such as cancer treatments, but approves them on the basis that the benefits outweigh the risks. In such cases, treating cancer outweighs the risk of side effects. Usually, high-risk items are new.

Similarly, there are medium risk category items that carry the same level of risk, but there are drugs and devices out there just like them. So, the FDA is just ticking boxes by approving them.

Finally, there are low-risk items, such as bandages. Because they are low risk, the FDA doesn’t need to approve them. In other words, they’re not worthy of the FDA’s attention because they’re not going to cause any harm.

I, therefore, find it useful to see Phen375’s lack of FDA approval as a sign that it’s too low risk for the FDA to care about. But, it is worth bearing in mind that its lack of FDA approval does mean it’s better to avoid it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Phen375 side effects

Like any weight loss pill, Phen375 comes with side effects. What they are and how they affect you will vary according to how you use it and your current medical state.

Diarrhea

For example, some people report a change in stool consistency. In other words, they encounter diarrhea. This isn’t unusual for a thermogenic drug and is also a side-effect of many FDA approved drugs. One of the ways you can tackle this is to alter your diet so that it contains more fiber.

However, if you have a condition that affects your colon already, I’d advise seeking an opinion from whoever oversees your care.

Insomnia

As I’ve already discussed above, this supplement is a stimulant. If you take it after a particular time, you increase your risk of insomnia. Reduce this risk by not taking it within four to six hours of your usual bedtime. Apply the same approach to caffeine.

Heartburn

If you already suffer from acid reflux, the citric and capsaicin content may make it worse. If you don’t, it can induce it.

People who should avoid Phen375

Because Phen375 acts as a thermogenic, it will increase your heart rate and blood pressure. You should, therefore, avoid it if:

  • You have a cardiovascular disease, as it may exacerbate your risk factors for heart failure
  • You have diabetes, as it can increase your chances of peripheral vascular damage
  • You have hyperthyroidism, as it will increase your heart rate. However, if you previously had hyperthyroidism and you are now euthyroid, you may want to discuss the supplement with your doctor.
  • If you have a condition such as anxiety or panic disorder, you may also want to discuss Phen375 with your doctor. An increased heart rate can make your associated symptoms worse.

Where can I buy Phen375?

I will always recommend buying Phen375 directly from the manufacturer’s website. Why? Well:

  • You can rest assured that you’re receiving the product you’re ordering, not a cheap imitation
  • The ingredients are as advertised
  • You have the option of tracking your order
  • The customer service team is on hand to answer your questions. As they’re directly related to the manufacturer that produces Phen375, these are the people you want to talk to if you have queries.

Unlike Phentermine, which is a form of amphetamine, Phen375 is a natural product. It contains few ingredients, all of which come together to have thermogenic, appetite suppressing, and satiety boosting effects. Although it isn’t FDA approved, that doesn’t mean it’s unsafe to use.

Personally, I have found that Phen375 has given my diet the boost it needs to accelerate weight loss. Despite my positive Phen375 review, as with any other supplement, I would suggest seeking medical advice if you do have an ongoing condition. Otherwise, give Phen375 a whirl; you won’t regret it.
